Cycling Texel Island: The perfect Dutch day trip

Can you discover Texel by bike in a day? Absolutely – although we quickly discovered that cycling around the entire island would take considerably longer than our fitness levels would allow! We took our bikes from Den Helder on the TESO ferry and spent a day cycling around Texel, stopping at Den Hoorn, Den Burg,
